You will be charged a prorated fee for the current month on the day you sign up, and then the normal full amount on the 1st of every month thereafter. For example, if you sign up on January 23, you will only be charged for the remaining 8 days in January. Then on February 1 you will be charged the full amount for February.

Each plan comes with a monthly allotment of AI tokens provided by us. These tokens are used for features like generating prompts, calculating prompt scores, checking prompt balances, and creating heatmaps.

For example, if you're on the Starter plan, you get 100,000 tokens from us every month. As you use features, your token usage increases. You can keep using those features until you hit your token limit.

On paid plans, you also have the option to connect your own AI account (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc). When you do this, your token usage is billed directly by your AI provider, and your plan token limit won't apply. This gives you more flexibility to scale without worrying about limits on our side.

If you're on the Starter plan, you won't be able to use certain features until your token usage resets at the start of the next month. Features affected by this are prompt generation, prompt scoring, prompt balance, prompt heatmaps, and evals.

If you're on a paid plan, you can connect to your own AI account, as the token limit doesn't apply when those features are used with your own AI account.

Sorry, unused tokens do not carry over to the following month.
